OUR STORY

Built By Operators Still On The Tools

JBA Earthworks was built on a simple idea. Earthworks is the first trade on any site, so if the levels are not right the concreter cannot pour and the house cannot go up, which is why a booking here comes with a date and a time attached to it.

OUR VALUES

What We Stand For

We show up when we say, we never cut corners on work that spends its life buried under someone’s slab, and we leave a neat, accurate finish so the next trade can start straight away. If a machine goes down overnight you hear about it that night, not after a wasted morning, and every price is explained up front before any dirt moves.

Reviews from Our Clients

Went above and beyond in one hour

This man is an absolute legend, and I can’t speak highly enough. We had a half done job for months, and situations got out of hand, and we were desperate for help! I explained our situation to James and he went above and beyond for us. What was meant to take over a month to complete a job from our prior landscaper started. James legit came in and finished in under an hour. He’s a beautiful soul, family orientated, and the best price you’ll find for the quality he does honestly. There is no job too big or small for him. I am absolutely so thankful to him for fitting us in when he did, fixing our home up and the understanding and kindness we received from him. Absolute top bloke! Thank you so much James from my family to yours we are ecstatic to have this done.

Efficient work completed in twenty minutes

Absolutely amazing work. James is very friendly, easy to get along with and very professional with great advice. I’ve had 2 people in to work on my yard previously that have left me feeling like nobody could get the job done or it was going to take years. James showed up with a smile on his face and ready to get it done. In 20 minutes he had done more than the previous workers had in several months. My yard and driveway is all levelled out and a drainage channel is made to stop my home from flooding and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend him as he is a highly efficient worker, has all the knowledge and machines needed and will get the job done at a good price without stuffing you around and taking years to do it like others. Thank you again for your work and it done with a smile. I shall see you again for the next job.

Reliable quality groundwork for rural properties

We recently hired JBA Earthworks to complete extensive drainage and driveway works on our rural property, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first consultation to the final clean-up, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They tackled some complex drainage issues with skill, providing effective long-term solutions that have already made a noticeable difference. The new driveway is exceptionally well-constructed, with excellent attention to detail and quality materials. Communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, and the team always took the time to explain their process and answer our questions. They respected the property, worked efficiently, and left the site tidy each day. Highly recommend JBA Earthworks to anyone needing reliable and high-quality groundwork, especially in rural or challenging environments. Great work!

Multiple driveways completed on schedule and budget

Thanks James, for a job well done on our subdivision. Getting the 3 culvert driveways done and an 80 metre compact gravel driveway completed within the days we discussed and at the rate advised, much appreciated. Looking forward to the next job we have planned.

Skilled earthworks for garage and water tanks

James turned a section of grassland into two level sites ready for the installation of a 3-bay garage and two 5000 gallon tanks. He also included a surround sloping wall with drainage channels to take away rainwater from the surrounding hill so it will not enter the garage area. Before leaving he double checked the new earth works was compacted and level. For the time spent onsite James was very gentle with his pricing. Great job and would happily recommend him for further work.
